At the very beginning, I was actually try to centralized all of the commercial buildings such as shops, circling the ornaments which can boost my incomes such as Tennis Court, Basketball Court etc. I even put cows and other animals around my commercial buildings.
This way I can double up my incomes and build more. The highest profit shops, I try to put between 2 or more decorations so that the profit can be double up to 140%. But doing this means sacrifice the look of the city......
